We were in the market for a sub-compact car, but were only in the "information gathering" phase. Bill Rogers made himself available as soon as we arrived. He was very patient with us as we got in and out of the Sonic multiple times and experimented with fitting a rolling walker in the back. After we determined it would fit our basic needs, he was good enough to walk from one end of the dealership to the other to look for a Summit White Sonic LT. He found one and brought it to us. He offered to run up the numbers and we accepted, still convinced we were only "gathering information." The deal he showed us was straightforward, easy to understand, and (quite frankly) more than reasonable. Without seeing any of the competitors or even test driving the Sonic, we accepted the deal. This was definitely one of the easiest car purchases we've had. We didn't feel pressured and didn't feel like we were "taken for a ride." The only negative was the wait to see the finance guy. There was only one finance person working that evening, but we're sure the process would have been at least an hour faster had their been someone else there. The car itself has more than met our expectations and we will be happy to tell everyone about our great experience at Win Chevrolet.
